Post Skill-based Volunteer Projects.
Once you have identified a project for which you will require a smart volunteer, the next step is to post this project on our website. Click here to create an SV project using easy-to-follow instructions.
The SV Project Application Process. After an SV applies for a project via the SmartVolunteer website, a notification email message will be sent to the non-profit with a link to the SV candidate’s member profile and contact info. From that point, it is the responsibility of the non-profit to contact the SV and explain the volunteer application process. As Smart Volunteer is not involved in the screening of SV candidates, it is imperative that the non-profit perform a rigorous interview process to select the appropriate smart volunteer.
