Description:
The National Council for the Prevention of Impaired Driving (NCPID) is a 501 (c) 3 nonprofit public service agency headquartered in Atlanta serving the needs of impaired drivers by providing proactive transportation solutions to help eliminate the impaired driving problems that put us all at risk. Our goal is to provide the public with the necessary tools to safely handle the impaired driving issues we all face. To accomplish this goal we created the SafeRide™ America Program, a year round program dedicated to driving impaired individuals AND their cars for them.
Our core objective is to provide a viable alternative to driving while impaired by utilizing volunteerism and social enterprise to enable society to protect its communities by preventing impaired driving tragedies before they happen .
