Center for Children's Advocacy was founded in 1997 to protect the legal rights of Connecticut's most vulnerable children. Through outreach and collaborative programs, CCA serves children and youth throughout the state, providing the legal advocacy needed to give vulnerable children and youth a chance to lead healthy, productive lives.
