United Cerebral Palsy of South Florida serves more than 1,300 infants, children and adults with developmental disabilities at over 60 locations in Miami-Dade, Broward and Palm Beach Counties.
In addition to cerebral palsy, adults and children with conditions such as mental retardation, Down syndrome, autism, spina bifida, prematurity, hearing and speech delay are enrolled in programs at UCP of South Florida.
UCP programs and services are designed to meet the special needs of each individual and family served, with a common goal: to enable people with disabilities to reach their greatest potential, and achieve rewarding and productive lives as fully participating members of their communities.
The Mission of United Cerebral Palsy of South Florida is to positively impact the quality of life for people with cerebral palsy, other developmental disabilities, and their family members as well as people with similar needs, such as the frail elderly, by providing supports and services which aide in the achievement of their goals and desires.
