Be The Cause is a social networking organization based around individuals who wish to create social change in their community. Founded in CA, Be The Cause It is truly a volunteer-run network with no paid staff or office space. The organzation is full of individuals looking to make a difference here or in their part of the world for the cause of simply helping others. There is not a political or religious affliation to what the cause does.
Our annual Walk for Hope will be taking place on March 6, 2010. This event first came about 7 years after the events of September 11, 2001 and it is a reminder of the things that matter most in life. The park provides a walking route that volunteers will line up with hundreds of inspiring hand-made quotes placed on white poster board to show others what inspires them most. Through our actions, we hope to raise awareness about issues going on in our community and the world around us.
