Time commitment is EITHER Monday, Tuesday or Thursday from 6:00-8:15 pm. Higher Achievement operates six centers in the DC Metro area:
Ward 1: Adams Morgan,
Ward 4: Brightwood/Petworth
Ward 6: Capitol Hill, City Charter School
Ward 7: Benning Road
Ward 8: Anacostia
Alexandria
Mentors choose which center they would like to be at and which night of the week they want to go. WARD ONE IS CURRENTLY FULL.
Commitment is from September 26th, 2011 until mid-May 2012. This commitment is important, anything less than that is detrimental to the children.
