Project Description:

Interacts with residents, visitors, and staff in a respectful manner; considerate of resident’s limitations.
•Assists the IT department (according to their current skill set) in the following ways:
•Responds to users with basic help-desk problems
•Computer set-up
•User training on common hardware and software
•Inventory
•Support
•Independent or team projects
•Other tasks as assigned
Preferred Hours: Within 9-5; after hours are available for volunteers with more advanced skills
