Joyce Preschool is planning to develop an ipad app or website to record child observations easily. We need to be able to take photo, video and also by using a simple check list style rating system (already designed)we can measure the success of the child in various developmental domains (gross motor, fine motor, arts, etc.). We need someone who has an app developer account.
