Discriminated Male is currently looking for 12 young men between the ages of 12 – 16! These 12 outstanding individuals will be trained to epitomize what it means to be an emerging leader. While these young men will come from diverse communities, each one will achieve impressive success in their career and will also work together seeking solutions for other challenges as each move into a significan...t leadership role. Not only will these young men share a common desire to foster their own abilities as leaders, they will also actively empower those around them and work to create a positive society impact in everything they do. By working with each other and with their mentors, every DM young gentleman will develop his full potential as a high-DM leader.
