The Office Administrator is responsible for the smooth operation of day-to-day business.
An Office Administrator will:
• Assist office staff in maintaining files and databases
• Prepare reports, presentations, memorandums, proposals and correspondences
• Assign jobs and duties to office staff as needed
• Manage staff schedules
• Schedule appointments and meetings for executives and upper-level staff
• Supervise all administrative personnel
