Project Description:
The Kidz Fit Club Program is designed to educate children about the significance of healthy living, exercising regularly, and proper nutrition. We have a fun and interactive boot camp that instills the fundamentals of physical activity. The children learn exercise techniques and an on-going workout program. We also educate children on how to avoid obesity and heart disease.
